1.5-2 lb Chuck Roast Beef
1 Can Mandarin Oranges
1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
Dump all ingredients in the slow-cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Cut up beef into bite-size pieces roughly 30 minutes before it’s finished. Pair with rice, potatoes, etc. You really can’t mess this up. Feel free to replace beef with pork, or oranges with pineapple. Yum!
